Refund Policy


General Policy
Our Returns Policy lasts 3 days. You must notify us within 3 days of having received your item that you wish it be returned, providing it meets the conditions mentioned below. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect all deliveries within 3 days of receipt. 

We do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items that are defective, or damaged in transit, or  where an incorrect item has been delivered -  if we are notified within 3 days of the item having been delivered. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging along with the correct order number. 

Returns and Refunds 
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 3 days of receiving the products at customercare@beautywonderful.com with pictures of the damaged items and the packaging it arrived in, and the relevant order number. Any damages to the items, resulting from a customer cutting the packaging with scissors will not be replaced or refunded. 

Upon the receipt of the damaged item, they are inspected and will be processed within 3-6 business days. You will then be shipped out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item (at the time of purchase minus any shipping charges that were paid), All denied returns will be donated to charity if not claimed within 30 days. 

Lost, Stolen or Undeliverable Packages
Beauty Wonderful is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Beauty Wonderful will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at customercare@beautywonderful.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item to us over $75 in value (or of equal value in another currency) we would strongly advise you to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We are not responsible if any items you ship to us are not received by us.
